[Arid_gardener] My Texas Mountain Laurel Tree Problems

Is it possible that it suffered frost damage
this past winter? This plant has few pests
and diseases.

Are the leaves dead and clinging to the tree? Is it the banches
that re black?

Can you give more information about the symptoms you see or
