[Arid_gardener] Italian Cypress Trees

A heavy application of Malithion was applied to Italian Cypress trees and has resulted in heavy browning of the needles. The browning is obviously caused by the application of malithion since it follows the spray pattern of the applicator. What can we do to save our trees? Are there fertilizers or compounds we could apply to mitigate the damage? The trees are in St. George . Utah
