[Arid_gardener] Brazilian Pepper Tree Question

I had a  Multi trunk Brazilian Pepper tree planted by Moon Valley Nursery about six to seven weeks ago. I have two questions. 

1. It is drawing several wasps, Flies and several different types of bees I have never seen before.

2. It is also turning yellow some of the leaves.

I water 20 minutes a day with a drip system.

Please advise what I can do to rid these problems.

Moon valley gave me Triple Action Plus Rtu to spray on it the bugs have not let the tree alone.

Please advise your suggestion on the above.
