There is a simplified chart at
http://www.amwua.org/conservation/landscape_watering_guidelines.htm

Visit the Master Gardener Office in the SCW PORA building on Camino del Sol,
9-12, M-F, to get a soil probe for checking watering depth, a hard copy of
the chart, the AMWUA Guide "Watering By the Numbers", and for more help,

I live in the Corte Bella developement of Sun City West. My landscape
plants and trees are four years old with some shrubs less than a year
because they have been replaced from the big freeze we had last winter.I am
very confused as to water requirements for my yard. I have read as many
books as I can lay my hands on and continue to find conflicting, confusing
information. Can you give me a more suitable watering schedule for summer
and winter for Shrubs,Lawn and trees for my area?
