[Arid_gardener] pruning shrubs

Please refer to Eric Johnson's book,
Pruning, Planting and Care, in the library or bookstore.
See his instructions for naturalistuic pruning of shrubs.

Many of the salvias are best pruned in February, but some
can be pruned in the fall. Depends on which ones you have.
