Hello, Richard
You can take a sample to your nearest Cooperative
Extension Office (listed in the blue pages of the phone
book under "County").
Or, you can send a sample to the University of Arizona
Extension Plant Pathology Lab.

click on "Procedure/form for sample submission" for
details on collecting the sample and mailing to the UA.
