I am a very, very part-time resident of Tucson and returned to find a "volunteer" tree which I believe to be a Texas mulberry.

I'd like to keep it but we live in a townhouse community with common walls in the yards.

It is about 18" away from a common garden wall and at least 4' away from my back house wall. 

Will there be a problem with roots so close to a wall?  If so, I'll remove it now.  I think it's about a year or so old (maybe 1-2" diameter and about 6' tall).
