We have a Eucalyptus Sargenti that is about eight years old and about 16 feet high that suddenly died, or at least all of the leaves are dry up to the top.  The plants around it in the tree well look fine.  What could have caused it to suddenly die?  Is there anything we need to consider when we plant a new tree there?
