I have an existing tiff lawn that isn't doing very well. I want to replace it with a new lawn (mid-iron sod). Do I have to scalp out the old lawn before installing the sod or is there another way of doing it?
Someone suggested that I first kill out the tiff and then rototill the top 4 to 6 inches and then install the sod.
