All of the bermuda grass in our association yards that have a Chinese Elm Tree is dead (or close to).  Is it possible that the tree weeps an oil or that the nuts contain a substance that is killing the bermuda grass?  Do you know of a summer grass that is safe to grow under Chinese Elm trees?
