We recently moved to a home that had desert landscaping.  I planted roses and they did well for a couple of months but over this last year the new growth of leaves and blooms started becoming smaller and smaller.  They are still blooming but the blooms are about the size of my thumb, and they don't always open before dying.  Please help.
