In July this year I purchased two rose bushes in Temecula California. They were kept in their containers receiving the same amount of water and sunlight here in Fountain Hills. One plant has dropped all of its leaves and the stems have turned brown, but are still flexable, the other appears to be doing well. Could you suggest a remedy?
