On a recent trip to Scottsdale, I saw a beautiful plant in containers. It had light blue flowers on a bush about 2 feet tall. It is incredibly fragrant; I could smell it across the street.
The flowers look like Verbena, but I've never seen a true blue one. I researched Verbena and never saw a blue one - plenty of homestead purple. The leaves and stem configuration also look like verbena. The flowers cover the bush, just like a robust verbena.
Please respond if you have any clues! I would search far and wide to get it for my sun baked balcony here in zone 7!
Thanks so much!
Catherine
