My stately, beautiful mesquite tree appears to be dying after an alleged arborist brought in a crew of butchers last summer and severely cut it back. They removed the entire canopy and half the limbs. Until then, it appeared to be in perfect health.  Can you recommend a reasonably priced, certified arborist in the Chandler area who can help me try to save my tree?
