I want to plant trees or shrub that will reduce the traffic noise coming from the street.  I would like the trees to be between 12-18 feet tall, the bottom of the crown to start at 5 feet above the ground, and there is 5 feet of space between the block fence and the foundation of my house.  Any suggestion?   Your answer is greatly appreciated.   Thank you.
