I have a few large cacti, including saguaro and cereus (one 15 feet tall). Most are infected with scale, small brown raised plaques. I have already lost 3 cacti to these insects. I have tried systemic insecticide and rubbing alchol sprayed onto plants, all to no avail.

Are there any experts in cacti in their diseases who I could pay to come to my home to help me with this problem?
