Our full grown Lady Banks Rose,been in about 5 years,the leaves are yellow on the new growth but still look healthy.is it a water problem or a fertilizer problem. Tere is a natel plum planted in front of the rose bush and the leaves on the back of the bush are also turning yellow. The old growth on both looks fine.
