You can get daily historical temperatures by the hour for the Phoenix
Encanto and Phoenix Greenway stations going back to the late 1980s at
http://ag.arizona.edu/azmet/azdata.htm
but I don't know who, if anybody,  has calculated averages.  You may  have
to work  it out for yourself.  Good exercise for somebody because there are
many of us that would also like to know the answer.
