[Arid_gardener] hardenbergia violaceae "happy wanderer vine lilac"

I live in Kingman AZ @4500 ft.  The coldest it gets is 9 F  and stays dry and hot in the summer, and wanted to know if this plant will survive over the winter. Thand you Darlene Saylor
