You buy soil test kits from a nursery or garden center.  The best ones are
the kinds where you mail in your sample.  Or contact one of the testing labs
listed at
http://cals.arizona.edu/pubs/garden/az1111.pdf
for instructions on how to collect your sample for them to test.
