Hi Joe,

I searched at bit and discovered the following site that lists Chuparosa
(Justicia californica) seeds.

http://www.b-and-t-world-seeds.com/index.htm

For one packet of seeds (unknown quantity), they charge 10 euros + 3 euros
shipping (they're located in France). On the downside, they have a minimum
order is 20 euros (including shipping) plus the exchange rate is not great.
(~$1.50/euro) On the upside, they accept Paypal.

If you're interested in saving on shipping, I'd also take a packet of seeds
as my wife loves hummingbirds.
