I have a lemon tree with huge lemons on it and lately they seem to be getting bitter.  Have I left them on the tree too long?  They are still full of juice but starting to hollow in the middle.  They are huge?  What do I need to do to get a good lemon?  I think the tree must be at least 8-10 years old.
