Our Property is situated on a North Facing Ridge. The West, South & East sides are completely screened by large Oleander bushes
which deliver beautiful red & white blossoms. This year I notice that the bushes on the East side are infected by a filmy, almost cotton - like parasite. It is
colored a light buff centered on a dark brown stem, approx.1/4" in length. When they
attach to a leaf, it soon turns brown, dries
up & dies. Can you tell me what this is & the cure, if any? Thanks, Richard Broderick
