  Hello
 I have a very large prickly pear cactus that is partially covered with white fuzzy little pillows. I have noticed these creatures in other parts of the neighborhood on other cacti. I need to know what this is & how to treat this. I have a feeling these are related to mealy bugs on house plants, not that I have them on my inside plants. I haven't seen these on any of my other cacti. Thank-you in advance for any advice you may provide to me.
