Could you give any explanation for leaves of a Tangerine tree leaves for small round yellow spots that are 1mm to 6mm is diameter and the leaves are not curled or all the yellow color, but look healthy. Normal watering and no pesticide used. The tree is approximately three years old at planting time and I would guess at least a total of 7 years of age.  Trunk size is about 1 and 3/4 inches is diameter. Thanks Gene
