[Arid_gardener] Irrigation system for windbrea help?

I have questions regarding my need to water my new windbreak of 6 rows 25' apart of 20 tree seedlings each spaced 20' apart from my pond at the bottom of the hill and the end of the tree rows.

I am using an 8 ¼ hp portable (due to this pond sometimes dries up) "Pacer" water pump w/ a 2" outlet.

I have a clay soil w/ fairly thin topsoil(due to over farming in the past).

I am thinking I want to water these tree's slowly(possibly drip type) to let things soak in but due to it being a pond the water wont be real clean thus having lots of little particles.

What would you recommend to water these tree's? using the pump that I have?

Will the pump output pressure be too much for the system(I think 230gpm max)?

How can I regulate the water output from the first tree to the last tree so I don't flood the first and starve the last tree?

With dirty water what can I use that wont clog a sprinkler or drip nozzle?

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Regards,

Zane
