We live in a community with a large common area with a grass & tree covering.  There is a sprinkler system installed however we are subject to winds and as a result there is a loss of water blown from the intended watering area.  Can you advise if there is a wind control system that can be installed to shut down the water flow at the meter during wind conditions?
