I currently live in San Francisco.  About 1 month ago I 

bought a crassula moonglow or perforata plant (about 2 

inches high)

Since then there are black dots on numerous leaves and 

overall the leaves are not green and vibrant as they were 

when first bought.  Two weeks ago I transfer it to a 

bigger pot using regular pot soil mix.

My question is what are the black dots, how to get rid of 

them?

How often should I water this plant?

The soil I used - is it correct?
