Bermudagrass lawns have only started to green up nicely the past few weeks
when the temps rise regularly into the 90s. So give it a few more days. As
to watering, every three days or twice weekly should be enough. For
scheduling and amount see
http://ag.arizona.edu/azmet/data/00plawn.htm
Fertilizing monthly when the grass is growing should be enough. Fertilizing
when he grass is dormant just wastes fertilizer and could burn the roots.
