Background and Interests
 

Guangyao (Sam) Wang received a Ph.D. in Plant Biology from University of California, Riverside in 2005. He has a Master's degree in Statistics, also from University of California, Riverside, a Master's in Botany from China Agricultural University, and a Bachelor's degree in Crop Science from Shanxi Agricultural University. His research interests include all aspects of crop production and crop rotation, including drought and heat stress, interactions among rotational crops, the role of legume crops in cropping systems, crop growth modeling, and new crops.
