Fruit Combo Float

1 can (12 oz.) apricot nectar
1 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 pint orange sherbert

Combine apricot nectar, milk, honey, lemon juice and half of orange sherbert. Blend in covered electric mixer at high speed 1/2 minute or until smooth. Pour into four chilled glasses and top with balance of orange sherbert. Makes about four drinks.

To accompany the fruit combo, bake your favorite cookie bars, starting with a mix. Add two tablespoons of honey to the mix along with the other ingredients. When baked and cooled, the cookie bars will cut with ease. Honey helps to keep the baked goods tender and fresh.

Honey and Poppyseed Salad Dressing

1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoons poppy seeds

Combine and blend well. Can be refrigerated for several hours to blend flavors. Makes about 1 /2 cup.
