FUNFEST 2012

Event: 2012 Math Science and Technology FUNFEST; Attended by ~7000 4th to 8th graders from various schools in Southern Arizona and Phoenix area. Pollen booth was attended by nearly 300 children, parents and science teachers.

Booth Title: Pollen: Nothing to Sneeze At!

Short description of the booth: We had activities on microscopes, videos, and displays to demonstrate the importance of pollen in our lives, ranging from seed formation to forensic palynology.
