I've worked at the university for about 8 years and in January 2008 accepted a position as Administrative Associate for the Water Resources Research Center.

I grew up in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. After many years working in the West Indies I determined I could no longer handle 6 months of winter temperatures. On a whim I started driving cross country anticipating San Diego would be my final destination. I stopped in Tucson to visit a friend and just kept finding reasons to stay. That was 20 plus years ago.

Focus is on family: two daughters, 5 grand kids, nieces, a nephew and all associated extended family keep things hopping. Given the opportunity I will spend time on road trips and photography. I just wish I had more opportunity.
