This unit can analyze aqueous samples for several forms of carbon (i.e. total C "TC", inorganic "IC", or non-purgeable organic "NPOC", also called "TOC"). The additional TN module allows the user to collect data on total dissolved nitrogen "TDN" on the same solution, if desired. The Solid Sample Module (SSM) can process solid or slurry samples placed into small ceramic boats, and provide analysis of TC or IC. |
