Dear Bill:

This letter will confirm our discussion concerning season of use on the Walker Basin winter allotment this year.

As you requested, we will use June 15 as your move date to summer range instead of the customary June 1. You will have 10 days either side of this date to accomplish your move.

This should allow you to utilize some of the abundant spring feed this year without a negative impact on the resource. We feel that this extension period is consistent with the philosophy of proper range management, which, as we know, is the bottom line in any ranch operation.
