If you have any problems with this schedule, come in and we will work out the needed management changes. Cattle movements should be completed in a timely manner. If moves can't be made on the planned dates, the District Ranger should be notified. Range ImprovementsThe following is a list of range improvements planned for during 1986:
All existing range improvements as assigned to you in your term permit, should be checked on a continuing basis and maintained as needed to a good functioning condition. Should these improvements reguire major reconstruction, they should be brought to the District's attention so their reconstruction can be scheduled. All costs of maintaining existing range improvements is the responsibility of the permittee. Salting and Supplemental FeedingAll salt and/or supplemental feed will be placed at least 1/4 mite away from water, roads, canyon bottoms, or locations where cattle tend to concentrate, This salting policy will be followed unless otherwise authorized by the District Ranger. You are encouraged to use salt as a management tool to help locate Ilvestock on feed or in areas of light use. OtherYou are reminded to use caution with fire while carrying out your operations, as you are responsible for any damage which results from your use of fire.
