Stephanie Shank, Assistant Agent, 4-H Youth Development
The primary purpose of the 4-H Youth Development position is to provide leadership in research-based education for the personal growth and development of citizenship, leadership, and life skills in youth. This position has the responsibility for designing, conducting and evaluating educational programs and projects for youth and adults in the areas of 4-H program planning, organizational development, volunteer management, educational methods, natural resources and outdoor education and overall 4-H club administration. This position also includes 10% responsibilities in Natural Resources focused on educational programs in entomology.
