CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

Nominations


SUBMISSION INFORMATION:

1. Provide information for each item listed in the award category you have selected.

2. Submit on white paper. Not to exceed 2 double spaced typed pages.

3. Please include the garden address, location and contact person information.

4. Enclose a minimum of 4 representative slides or photos. These will not be returned. If you are selected as a winner, you may be asked to submit additional photos or slides.

5. All nominees for JMG Awards must be affiliated with a registered JMG program. Please give the name of the JMG Group.

6. Postmark submissions by March 12, 2004. Winners will be notified by March 19, 2004.

7. Award presentation will take place on Saturday, April 3, 2004 at Lowell Elementary School in Phoenix, Arizona from 11:15am to 12:45pm.

10. A representative from your garden must be present at the Award Ceremony to receive the award.
