Message for Heng Yuan

This email form is mostly for technical assistances related to the software I wrote. However, since I only have so much energy, so please note the following things before you try to email me.

• If your email is about installation/running the softwares I wrote, please indicate which software and provide as much information as possible.
• I am not a free tutor. So emails like "I don't know JavaScript and couldn't get JSCookMenu working. Could you help?" will be ignored. I expect you to have the basic knowledge of things being asked.
• I do not work as a consultant. So if you need to hire professional helps, look elsewhere.
• Bug reports/patches and suggestions are welcome. Most of the time I can deal with minor fixes quickly. For major changes, expect delays.
• Do not contact me things not Directly related to JSCookMenu. For things like Apache MyFaces, Mambo, you should really contact the corresponding developer rather than me, even if it has to do JSCookMenu. I do not know these softwares and will not be able to help.
• I do not respond to 99% of emails :) Most of time if it is something relavent (like patch, bug report) I will get back to you after I have made necessary changes.
