About Me:
I live in Tucson, Arizona and love it! The desert
southwest is God's country (although the devil set the temperatures for
the summer months ;^) Tucson is
surrounded by four mountain ranges and its beauty is hard to beat.
About My Family:
My family includes Megan,
Jennifer,
Eric and Molly. My daughter,
Megan, is married to Steve Sherrick and they live in Kansas with their two
children -- my wonderful granddaughters, Taryn
and Kelsey. Jennifer
lives in Chandler, Arizona in a townhouse she bought in July 1997.
She works for Motorola in Chandler. Eric lives in Chandler with Jen and is
a server at the Ocotillo Country Club there. Molly also lives in Chandler
and currently attends the Arizona
State University studying for a degree in MIS. Molly is engaged to Bryan
Swindler and they plan to marry in May 1999. More pictures in the
works.
About My Friends:
My other family are a group of
friends here in
Tucson that are very near and dear to my heart. Here is a picture of
some of them taken at the LBJ Ranch north of San Antonio, Texas. This
group rented a motorhome over
Memorial Day 1996 and traveled to San Antonio to visit our friend,
Ricky. While there, we did all the touristy things in San Antonio and
also visited the LBJ Ranch. I hope to add more photos very soon.

Reading -- Favorite authors include Barbara Kingsolver,
Pat
Conroy, Ann Tyler, Wallace
Stegner, Margaret Atwood, Marge
Piercy, Chaim Potok,
Reynolds Price, and Jane Smiley.
Hiking, movies, theater, University of Arizona football and basketball
games, and causing general mayhem with my Super Soakers and
other water producing paraphernalia.
Backgammon -- I am an avid backgammon player and you can find me often at
the First
Internet Backgammon Server (FIBS)
playing backgammon online. You can telnet to FIBS at fibs.com 4321 For

Spades -- I also have gotten hooked on playing spades at the Game Zone . This is a
free area on the web to play bridge, hearts, spades, chess,
checkers, reversi, and others. Check it out if you haven't already.
