ReadMe These text files are what I judged to be the crucial data from the general ocean database. Almost all data, in the text files and database, are recorded at 15 minute intervals. "OceanSensorData.txt" contains the commonly used sensor data from the ocean (Oxygen, pCO2, temp, salinity, light, etc). UWL10 was placed in the center of the deep end of the ocean at 6.35m depth. UWL11 was suspended directly over UWL at 0.75m depth. UWL12 was placed in the west end of the lagoon at 2.25m depth. UWL13 was in the east lagoon at ~2.4m depth until May 2001 when it was moved to a central location on the beach at 0.25m depth. OWS is the quantum sensor from the B2 outdoor weather station. - visually check data from 2003 before using it as I didn't have time to proof much of it before leaving. "Daily Sampling.txt" contains the results from our water sample analysis, predominantly, oxygen, alkalinity, and TCO2. "SynchDailySampling" is the same table but with its timestamp shifted to match the fifteen-minute intervals of the sensor data. Nutrients were taken weekly but often analyzed only every-other week. WeatherStation.txt is a comprhensive datafile from the outdoor weather station. TMSTAMP is merely a table of dates in different formats. It may be useful for relating among tables with dissimilar date formats. The full data files for calculating the data for the sensors and samples are available in the database. In the case of calculating/calibrating data from the water samples, the subroutines can be found in the database modules.
