Spatial ecology of gray foxes (Urocyon cinereoargenteus) in southeastern Arizona

Project Description & Bio: Amanda joined the KCRL as a Master's student in August 2014. She is studying the spatial ecology of gray foxes in the southwestern United States. She is intereseted in how space use and habitat selection can be used to inform a disease management plan for rabies across fragmented landscapes.

Amanda uses remote camera traps and radio telemetry to monitor gray fox space use in two mountain ranges in Arizona.
