Amanda Bogden

Internship Program Manager

Amanda Bogden completed her Bachelor’s in Agricultural and Environmental Education at the University of California Davis. After graduation, she immediately began to work in California’s commercial agricultural industry specializing in seed production. She spent five years working for several leading global seed companies including Bayer Crop Science, Syngenta, and Sakata Seeds America. During this period, she completed her Master’s in Agriculture Education at the University of Arizona. Like many others, Amanda decided on a career change and jumped into career services in higher education. Amanda now works as the Internship Program Manager at the College of Agriculture, Life, and Environmental Sciences. She is now completing her Ph.D. in Higher Education with her research interests focusing on exploring how Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSI) career centers serve Latinx students in creating equitable outcomes.
