ARIZ

The University of Arizona Herbarium (ARIZ) is a research collection of over 430,000 dried plant specimens, with emphasis on the plants of the Sonoran Desert region and adjacent areas of the southwestern United States and northwestern Mexico.

The UA Herbarium is usually open 8:30-4:30. Although we prefer appointments, you are welcome to stop by.

We are also available by email and by phone, and we look forward to seeing and/or hearing from you.
